If you are looking for a great self tanner, you should try Beautisol. I have used TONS of other products, and this is by far my FAVORITE! Everytime I use it, people ask if I just got back from a vacation in Hawaii! Without any reapplication or Jergens in between, it only really lasts about 3 or 4 days.

Maybe start with the Clarins and use the Jergens for maintenance? How long did the Clarins tan last?

When I saw your post title on my feeder (while at work), I thought to myself: “I.. love you Britt!” I’ve been wishing you’d make a post about body self tanners since you did the piece for the face. I tried out the Nivea version of the Jergens you described with pretty much the same results, some uneveen spots that have faded as I continued to use it. Then, as I read, I remembered that the last time I ordered something form clarins.com I got a sample of that self tanner, so, come my next date, I’ll be trying that! I’m really only trying to even out my bikini marks from the tan I got naturally over the summer (which, btw, ended here the last day of April).
Anyway, just wanted to say you really helped out, thanks for the tips. Oh, and I love this site, it just keeps getting better and better! keep up the good reviewing!

I may try this, but just not sure if I want to spend the money for a tan, ya know? I can’t spend too long in the sun anyway cause I’ll getting a freaking cold sore!!

ok, i have discovered glow and steady from bath and body works and i really like it. you have to be careful to rub it in really good, but you can see results pretty quickly.

I have found that Tan Towels work great too! They are like a moist toilette (sp)….I got mine at a local salon here but you can find them on Amazon as well….it is $26 for about 10 towels I believe…..
