Neosporin for Lips?
Neosporin for lips? Why yes! That makes perfect sense!
I have the worst lips. Or rather, I treat my lips badly and they let me know how the feel about it. I pick, bite and peel them, and I rarely remember to wear lipstick. If I do have lipstick on, it’s not long before I’ve picked or bitten it off. Using different lip treatments during the day has had a bit of success for me, but I needed something bigger. I always wake up with chapped dry lips. I needed some heavy duty stuff for overnight if I was every going to get ahead of this problem.
Then I found Neosporin Lip Health Overnight Renewal Therapy. It has made such a difference. My nightly routine is to brush my teeth, and then with my rinsed tooth brush, I just give my lips a little scrub – not too rough, just to exfoliate a little. Then I put on the Neosporin Overnight. When I wake up in the morning, my lips aren’t scaly or chapped. What’s left of it comes right off when I wash my face and brush my teeth so it’s not hanging around all day. And best of all, I don’t feel the need to be putting on other things throughout the day. I may put on lipstick or lip gloss for an outing, but I don’t have to constantly have other lip balms nearby.
It may be a bit heavier than typical lip products you’ve used, but give it a chance. It has a lot of work to to while you are sleeping. One of my favorite things about it is that it has no scent. There is no camphor or menthol in it, so it if your lips are already chapped, it won’t sting when you put it on. And you won’t be smelling mint all night.
You can buy this stuff just about anywhere. I got mine at Target but I know all the drugstores sell it as well as Amazon and it retails for around $5.
Since I’ve been using this, for about a month, I find that when I wear lipstick during the day, it feathers much less than it used to. I can only imagine that’s a sign of much healthier lips.
If you struggle to have kissable lips, this could be just the thing you need. Your Valentine will thank me.

I’m a crazy lip balm at night person! I don’t generally have issues with cracked or really dry lips (but I bet I would if I lived somewhere where it got cold). I’ve been contemplating this stuff for night. When I run out of what I’ve got I’ll give it a go!
