For pregnant people that do not like regular “horsepill” prenatal vitamins: now there is a real solution! Vitafusion PreNatal DHA and Folic Acid gummy vitamins. I was so excited to discover this after nauseatingly taking regular prenatals through my last 2 pregnancies…hopefully this time these will help, now I need to go buy it and try them out.

So it’s okay to take Flinstones? Because I’ve been craving them! I hate swallowing those huge grownup multivitamins. They taste weird and the kid in me wants those yummy vitamins back!

Target also has a version in their Up & Up brand. It’s what I’ve been taking, since the prenatals made me barfy, too.

I first started taking a multi in college. I didn’t realize that an uncoated one would make me feel nauseated, so I spent a week wondering if I were pregnant. LOL

When I remember to take a vitamin, it’s a Flinstones vitamin. Grown up ones make me sick. I started taking the Flinstones while pregnant too.

I’ll have to try the gummy ones, I don’t like the way the Flinstones ones get stuck in my teeth.

While I can take any old vitamin, Mister can’t swallow the “adult-sized” pills, so I actually Viativ Multivitamins. They are soft chocolate chews (which I would prefer to gummies anyway). Don’t know if they would upset your stomach, but if you can find them you might try them.

And I thought I was the only one that could not stomach grown up vitamins! Yeah for “pussies like us”!!!! I guess after we finish the humongous bottle of generic Flinstones vitamins we’ll give those a shot. They should be ok for my 15 year old daughter too, right?

Ooh. The only thing I really worry about with these types of vitamins is the sugar content. However, they are FAR more appealing than regular vitamins. (Which? By the way? The better quality adult vitamins are, the worse they smell and taste.)

I’d be interested to try these though.

Once I get through the gigantic bottle my husband bought from the vitamin store. :gag:

I have to admit, I was so stoked when I saw these. Then I tried them. I did not really care for them. I can’t wait until I finish this bottle and can buy something else. I think I’ll try the Flintstone kind.
