As for my work out, babysitting and yoga. The yoga has become difficult, though, since my jerk ex-boyfriend stole my yoga mat. I would love to have a free replacement big time.

I don’t need a yoga mat, but for a whole thirty seconds I thought that video was serious. And then I had to convince myself that it just had to be a joke. The fact that I’m on pain medication might have a lot to do with this. (:

Hahahahaha! Seriously? So funny.

My at-home workout consists of lifting the laundry basket. But it’s really, really heavy. Really.

I have to say I love, love, love my GE fridge, which replaced the Frigidaire that crapped out after only 2 years. But I’m glad I got one that only had stainless accents because the last one was all stainless and it was a PITA to keep clean.

p.s. I have approximately 1,000 (ok, 5) yoga mats so I don’t need to be included in the contest.

My at-home workout consists of chasing my ferrets up and down the stairs a couple of times a day. It works wonders for the glutes (going up) and quads(going down) and gives you short bursts of cardio from both stair climbing and laughing.

I highly recommend it.

Oh, and I get an upper body workout from removing Daisy ferret from my GE dishwasher. She weighs less than a pound, but I do have to keep pulling the rack out, which works the triceps.

I would love to say that loading and unloading the dishwasher is my exercise, but I don’t have a fucking dishwasher in my This Old House. So, is handwashing dishes an exercise? Because I do a hell of alot of that. I wonder if standing on a yoga mat while washing the dishes would be some sort of zen like experience?

Okay I LOL’d at how annoyed the first 3 people looked in the video…all the acting is hilarious.
My home workout is walking, running and cycling. But I’m TOTALLY gonna add fridge curls to that! bwahahaha!
