I have the hanging bag from Mary Kay and LOVE IT – perfect for going anywhere, and like Hello haha narf mentioned the compartments velcro on and off, which is perfect!

Nice travel items. I keep a dop bag at the ready (I’m impulsive) and it keeps my toiletries quite nicely without worry. It also serves as my back-up in case I forget to run to the store when I need toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, etc. I like the jewelry travel case the most though: I used to pack all my jewelry in little ziploc bags so that I could see what I had and things wouldn’t get tangled – this is a much more elegant solution.

i live without a smart phone. although sometimes i travel with people who have smart phones! hehe

thanks for the jewelry travel case idea. i usually have several small pouches that i stuff into a larger pouch. your way makes MUCH more sense.

and to think i travel all the damn time.

p.s. mary kay makes a magnificent hanging toiletry bag. if you can stand the pink highlights (the bag is mostly black) it is awesome because each of the four zippered compartments velcros off. LOVE!

That sound travel thing is awesome! I have never heard of them before, and girl, let me tell you. I can NOT sleep in quietness. I HAVE to have the sound of a fan, like an exhaust fan in the bathroom. HAVE to!!!!

And my God. I handle all 129 of our company cell phones. I recently purchased (okay, my company did) three iPhones for the Operations Manager, the Engineering Division Manager (my husband) and some one else. My husband has had his almost a week and he is driving me frucking crazy!!! He or his kids play with it constantly. I’ve named her Candy the iPhone, and he likes to stroke her more than he does me now.

Ok, at first, we don’t agree.. well, not entirely. A $70 machine form making sounds? I wouldn’t think of it as a travel necessity. Instead, I’d say a good travel tote or a medicine bag. I do agree with the rest of your choices. btw, thanks for the reference to the hand foam, I’ll be looking into that
