A Dress! An H&M Dress!
I have a good head on my shoulders. Really!
The world is divided into two types of women. Those who love H&M fashion and those who can’t stand it. Well, haters, suck it.
I love H&M, but not unconditionally. Because some of their garments are very Working Girl, and seem to be sized to fit my petite cat.
But every once in a while, they get it exactly right.
They do dresses well, and when a good one comes out, you have to hightail it to the store and snatch it, because they fly off the racks and then you have to waste tons of time seething and raging against friends (and frenemies) who got the gorgeous dress that should have been adorning you. It’s almost too painful to contemplate.
Like this striped knit dress with that fancy super trendy cow neck.
It’s warm and it’s gorgeous.
It’s form fitting and flattering. It’s comfortable, and can be dressed up with a belt, or just worn with boots. I fell in love with it instantly and have gotten tons of compliments on it. And not just from my cat. (Although as a tabby, she’s partial to stripy things.) Even my eye-rolling 12 year old pronounced it “not bad” and asked if it came in skinny sizes. (She’s grounded now.)

You have to bring your own curves. And flaunt them.
It’ll be fabulous. You’ll thank me for it. And I’ll be all “don’t mention it!” because I’m a giver.
I looooove H&M but I’ve never bought anything there. If they sold the stuff online I’d be all over that. Beautiful dress!
Is it bad that the closest I’ve come to an H&M is whizzing past one on my way to somewhere else in Manhattan? Iv’e always wanted to go in because the stuff in the window is so cute, but I just haven’t made the time. We’ve only just gotten them here in Florida and there are only 3 in the entire state. But I’m thrilled because one of them is not too far away! W00t!
Hopefully we won’t end up at the same party in the same dress. That would be awkward.

I love the H&Ms in Europe because they carry plus-size. The ones here, it’s kinda hit or miss for me. But I do love the accessories. =)
