Enzo Angiolini shoes: comfortable high heels. Seriously.

Enzo Angiolini shoes

Enzo Angiolini shoes

Shoes: Enzo Angiolioni Magnify pumps

As a general rule of thumb, I couldn’t care less if my high heels are comfortable.

I have been known to wear shoes that give me blisters – even though they gave me blisters the last 10 times I wore them – simply because they are gorgeous.

When it comes to a great pair of high heels, comfort is last on the list of reasons to fall in love.  I believe that if you look like a million bucks, there’s always more ibuprofen.

But some women are pussies. Seriously.

Some women insist on stomping around in flats and ignoring the transformative power that high heels have on every woman’s figure – simply because their feet hurt.

Nevermind that a pair of heels gives all women great legs even if you’re 50 lbs overweight.  Nevermind that a pair of high heels makes even the flabbiest of asses look shapely and puts it back up where it’s supposed to be.  (Yes, they do.  Tina Turner legs and the backside of a 21 year old coed.  Did you know that, crybaby pee pee pants?)

Oh, no.  Some women trade hot legs and tight butts for mere comfort.

Ladies, you don’t have to choose between fashionable high heels and comfortable shoes anymore thanks to the genius of Enzo Angiolini.

enzo angiolini shoes - magnify pumps

These are my favorite pair of shoes.  I got them last year from a friend of mine and was absolutely amazed at how comfortable they were.  That is a 4 inch heel, my friends, and I can stand (and even walk!) in them for hours without even once having to chant the “mind over matter, beauty over pain” motto.

Enzo Angiolini Shoes are the chance for every women to benefit from high heels.

Even if you normally live in flip flops and sneakers (we’ll talk about that at a later date), you’ll be able to spend an evening in a pair of Enzo Angiolini shoes without crying.

Does it sounds like I’m begging?  Weeping a little?  I am.  It kills me to know there are women out there who don’t own proper high heels – especially when there is an option like Enzo Angiolini that is affordable.

Oh yes.  Did I forget to mention that?  Enzo Angiolini shoes are not only some of the most comfortable high heels you’ll ever wear, they’re cheap. (And they’re a subdivision of Nine West so you know they’ll last forever, too.)

Hot.  Cheap.  And comfortable.  You have no more excuses to neglect your legs and ass.

The pair I have is an older style and can be difficult to come by now. (I was able to find you a pair in a size 10 on EBay.)  But there are plenty of new styles  out with the same comfortable pedigree to.

My favorite shoes from the Enzo Angiolini line:

Enzo Angiolini Women’s Ailsa Flat $28.48 on Amazon

I’m not crazy about the little bow but I love that it’s a neutral, versatile shoe.  Perfect if you don’t have a ton of high heels in your closet and need a pair that you can wear with anything.

Enzo Angiolini Women’s Grieta Mary Jane Pump $49.99 on Amazon.

Not all women like (or can pull off) a masculine looking shoe.  I love these and think they would be great to wear to an office.  Or with glasses.  (Think hot librarian.)

Enzo Angiolini Give $54.95 on Amazon

Every woman should own at least one pair of red heels.  They are almost as versatile as black and wickedly sexy.  I wear mine with black (black dress, black pants, black skirt – whatever) or jeans and a white top.  Red high heels are the fastest way to sexy without showing your boobs.

ENZO ANGIOLINI Tricks New Heels Pumps Brown Womens $40 on Amazon

Be still my heart.  I’m wearing a flat version of these as I write this and I believe I will have a new favorite pair of Enzo Angiolini shoes just as soon as UPS can get these beautiful babies to me.

That gives you a good start.  Please, for the love of all things holy and beautiful, get yourself a pair of comfortable high heels.  You cannot go wrong with a pair of Enzo Angiolini shoes – even if you’ve sworn off high heels years ago, these will make you a believer.

Check out Amazon’s complete selection of Enzo Aniolini Shoes here.

I’ve never been one for high heels for two reasons. 1) my feet slip out of everything that is a slip on. It is so ridiculous hard to find me a pair of slip in shoes that this doesn’t happen. 2) at 5′9 I really don’t want a pair of high heels that make me taller than I am.

But does that stop me from buying them. No, no it doesn’t.

I think I know what I’m spending my next paycheck on.

@Sarah, oh my gosh, you’re 5′9! So? Do you know how many super models are that tall and TALLER and wear heels?? That means you probably have stunningly long legs!

    I KNEW it was shoes!!!!

A major reason these are comfy is the design–when the heel is tucked up under like that your weight is carried more on your heel than on the ball.

Plus Enzos are just made well even thought they can be had for not that much moola.

And I can verify that they last and last and last.

@Turnbaby, you changed my life with those shoes, woman. And hopefully we will spread the good here today. LOL

LOVE these shoes! I need cute heels that come in a size 11….Enzos never cease to disappoint. I just wish my feet weren’t so damn wide… :)

@Robin, You and I have the same damn feet and it’s a bitch to find a good pair of heels with wide big feet! I did find a pair of Nine West stilettos that I LOVE!

Now though I have to go look at these Enzos! Yay for new shoes in big sizes!

@Robin, I have wide feet too. I think that’s part of the reason I had to get used to pain early on. Wide and fat make it difficult to find a good fit. LOL

I must have THOSE… the Mary Jane pumps… no, really I must. Even when I was extremely overweight, I wore heels. And dammit I had nice legs. No, really I did. I have pictures to prove it. This proves YOUR point, Britt, that heels shold be worn by all (except straight men). It makes for nice legs. And a firm tush. Maybe your mom would buy me a pair? Does she ever just buy strangers off the internet things?

A four inch heel would make me 6′2″ tall. As I can already describe the specific male pattern baldness going on for at least half the men I know (who are all 5′11″ – in their own heads) I wear flats or teeny heels and glare at the petite, beautiful women with the really, really cute shoes and great legs.

Since you know stuff about high heels, can you tell me this? Why is it that when I try to walk in high heels, my foot always slips out? I have a closet full of shoes I can not wear. Do I just need to buy the ones with a strap to hold my foot in place? You showed some awesome ones, so I may have to look in to that.

    [Reply]

    Miss BrittNo Gravatar Reply:

@radioactive tori, I would guess you’re buying the wrong size, actually. I’d try a half size smaller and if it’s pinching you might need a half size smaller in a wide. But if it’s easier – get a strap.

Seriously comfortable shoes with an 4 inch heel? I just can’t believe it. I stopped wasting hundreds of dollars long ago on high heals. Besides the fact they are NEVER comfortable – I don’t feel like looking like an amazon. I’m 5′10 and 1-2 inch is good enough for me. But if shoes came back with a money back guarentee I’d def give these a try – they are GORGEOUS!!

You’re one of only about 27 people on earth who understand the phrase is “couldn’t care less.”

That stopped me in my tracks faster than the sexy shoes did.

I must confess, however, that I am a total pussy when it comes to high heels. I wear them all the time, but I have several pair that have been worn only once or twice because they are too painful.

I do agree that Enzo shoes are incredibly comfy. I had a pair I loved so much that I had them re-soled and re-heeled twice.

i’m one of those women who do the comfort vs beauty..i also DON’T wear makeup on a daily basis, do my hair (just comb it when i get up) or wear much beyond jeans, yoga pants and baggy pj bottoms…i’m a college student for life! well, no, i just dress like one! the red ones ARE sexy, however i also WON’T buy shoes unless i can try them on first, i have a weird fit to my feet..i DO own some heels by the way, and they are all great, they just don’t see the light of day (or the streetlights for that matter) very often at all…i usually have to dust them off *gasp* in order to wear them…

    [Reply]

    Miss BrittNo Gravatar Reply:

@Jamie, I don’t buy shoes online either unless typically unless I know the designer and how they fit me.

I learned THAT lesson the hard way.

@Miss Britt, being a full time stay at home mom who homeschools, i don’t have much reason at all to dress more than what is “socially acceptable” when i go out of the house for things like doc appts for the kids and grocery shopping…having a job where i would have to “dress up” sounds so nice (well for my closet at least) but so time consuming (to my sleep schedule)…but i will admit, those are some really nice shoes up there…and comfy 4 inch heels would make my feet happy and my body feel a bit taller and sexier…
